In most cases, no. Bonatrust operates on a no-money-down model — we only earn when you earn. However, if your property or vehicle is not in rental-ready condition, you will need to cover the necessary upgrades or purchases (such as furnishings, safety requirements, or basic maintenance) to bring it up to standard. Once it’s rental-ready, we handle everything else.
